A. God is sovereign over all that occurs on the earth. (9c)
B. God sets His purpose forth in Christ. (9c)
C. God planned all this to be fulfilled in His own time. (10a)
D. God will unite all things in Christ. (10b)
1. Things in heaven will be united to things on earth and all this in Christ. (10c)
2. Things on earth, primarily saved men and women, will be united in Christ with things on earth and in the heavens.
